You can organise an Exchange or book a UK subsidised Return (£3.50) through DPD up to 28 days after purchase: returnsportal.co/r/article
Please allow up 7 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date the DPD tracking confirms the order has been received before the Return is processed.
Please note you will not receive an email when the order has been received only once the Return has been physically inspected and processed. However, you can track the Return via the DPD tracking number provided.
If you request an Exchange the UK postage will be free of charge. Once the Returned order has been processed a new Order Confirmation will be notified via email and you will receive a new tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
You must inform us via email within 10 days if the DPD order tracking does not confirm the order has been received by our Returns Team.

Refunds – How long do I need to wait?
We aim to process returns in 5 working day’s, but during really busy periods we can get swamped and it may take up to 7 day’s so bear with us. Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working day's for the refund to clear. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
